**YOUR ROLE**
- **Understanding Client Needs**: collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze client needs and identify the best solutions in digitalization and software testing.
- **Proposal Development**:draft and present tailored technical proposals, emphasizing service quality and added value for the client.
- **Technical and Sales Support**:provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including client presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations.
- **Portfolio Management**:take charge of managing and continuously updating the service portfolio, ensuring it reflects market trends and client needs.
- **Service Quality Monitoring**:work with delivery teams to ensure that the proposed and delivered services meet the quality standards expected by clients.
- **Innovation and Technological Awareness**:stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital and testing fields to ensure that our offerings remain cutting-edge.
- **Contributing to Growth Strategy**:identify new market opportunities and participate in implementing strategies to increase our market share in Luxembourg.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within an IT services company, with a focus on digital services or software testing, is highly desirable.
- Client service skills, excellent ability to understand and meet client expectations, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Deep knowledge of digital technologies and software testing processes.
- **P**roficiency in both French and English**is essential for effective interaction with an international client base.
