**Your Challenge**
- Professional ability to acquire new institutional clients from Nordic and local markets
- Execute the business strategy to grow and diversify the bank's Intermediaries Business
- Representation of a sales and performance culture, using technology to multiply the number of contact points with our national & international Intermediaries and other professional clients
- Able to develop a network of professional and personal contacts enables you to continuously introduce new institutional clients to the Group for our target markets
- Completion and control of client files to ensure the compliance within the internal and external regulatory environment
- Participation in client events.

**Your Profile**
- Strong interest in working in Intermediaries Business / Wealth Management
- Experience in client acquisition, particularly in an international environment
- Experience in tax matters and background in legal and insurance structures
- A good understanding of financial markets and client expectations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Open-minded for new ideas and challenges
- Fluent in English
