**Deine Herausforderung**

Wir suchen Dich für einen Zeitraum von 3-6 Monaten als Werkstudent/in bzw. Praktikant/in im Bereich People & Culture. Hierbei hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kenntnisse einzubringen, zu vertiefen und unser Team entlang der gesamten administrativen P&C-Prozesskette zu unterstützen, wie z.B.
- Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess, insbesondere beim Schalten von Stellenausschreibungen, der Terminierung von Vorstellungsgesprächen sowie der Bewerberverwaltung und die Unterstützung im Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
- Pflege des Absenzen
- und Zeiterfassungstools sowie Support der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte bei Fragestellungen zu Urlaub und Zeiterfassung
- Unterstützung in der Seminarverwaltung und in der Bearbeitung des Kofinanzierungsantrages für das Bildungsministerium
- Mitarbeit im Melde
- und Berichtswesen (z.B. Überstundenmeldungen, Krankenzeiten, Arbeitsunfälle etc.)
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung und Abstimmung von Arbeitszeugnissen
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und Pflege des Personalinformationssystems SAP
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen, spannenden Projekten.

**Dein Profil**
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften oder Sozialpädagogik mit Fokus auf Personal & Organisation
- Du besitzt sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine eigenständige, strukturierte Ar-beitsweise
- Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du bist ein verlässlicher und motivierter Teamplayer
- Du hast Freude und Interesse an verschiedensten HR-Themen, die du lösungs
- und serviceorientiert angehst
- Den Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, insbesondere Word und Excel beherrschst du sicher
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch ist von Vorteil.

Die Stelle ist ab sofort mit einer Arbeitszeit an mindestens zwei Tagen pro Woche zu besetzen, wobei die Arbeitstage nach Absprache und mit Rücksicht auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse flexibel festgelegt werden können.

Im Falle einer Einstellung werden wir um die Vorlage eines Führungszeugnisses bitten.
