**KYC Specialist - (M/F)**

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son département KYC OPS, ING Luxembourg recherche **:un(e) KYC Specialist **asap.

En tant que **KYC Specialist** rattaché au département KYC OPS, vous êtes chargé de veiller à la conformité des dossiers et au respect des procédures internes en conciliant vue commerciale et risk.

A cet effet, vous prendrez en charge le contrôle Due Diligence de nouveaux clients et de clients existants dans tous leurs aspects KYC (Know Your Client), KYT (Know Your Transaction) et AML (Anti-Money Laundering) en faisant face aux renforcements réguliers de la règlementation en terme de lutte anti blanchiment d’argent et le financement du terrorisme.

**Votre mission consiste à**:

- Vous assurer que les données signalétiques et KYC du dossier répondent aux exigences des standards réglementaires en vigueur afin de garantir une bonne Data Quality de l’entrée en relation à la clôture du compte
- Contacter les clients pour obtenir les documents nécessaires pour l’ouverture ou la tenue du dossier client
- Maîtriser la connaissance des documents et des outils de la banque liée aux aspects KYC
- Coordonner le processus de décision et assister le département commercial dans la présentation des dossiers lors des différents comités
- Assurer l’interface avec les différents départements de la Banque en matière de gestion du risque et questions réglementaires notamment avec le département Compliance
- Etre un support opérationnel transversal aux lignes de métier PB, Retail Banking et Wholesale Banking
- Participer à l’amélioration des procédures conformément aux policies du Groupe
- Savoir développer de nouveaux outils permettant une meilleure couverture des risques de la Banque
- Sensibiliser et former les collègues

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience dans le domaine de la compliance/ KYC / audit d’au moins 5 ans
- Connaissance des règlementations bancaires en vigueur (KYC, FATCA, CRS, AML )
- Bonnes connaissances des marchés financiers
- Flexibilité et autonomie
- Dynamisme et esprit d’initiative
- Bonnes capacités d’organisation et de rigueur, attention envers les détails
- Grande flexibilité et multitasking
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication
- Anglais et français sont indispensables, toute autre langue constituera un avantage
