**Senior Auditor - You will be responsible for**:
- Leading and supervising financial and operational audits, providing clear direction and expertise to ensure process accuracy and compliance.
- Managing and mentoring audit teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and offering professional development opportunities.
- Reviewing and analysing audit reports to identify risks and improvement opportunities, enabling informed decision-making.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to recommend solutions and improvement strategies, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.
- Providing strategic leadership to maintain audit and compliance excellence standards, thereby enhancing the company's reputation and robustness.
**Senior Auditor - Your role will involve**:
- Holding a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance, showcasing an in-depth expertise in this field of study.
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the Luxembourg territory, demonstrating practical knowledge of local accounting practices.
- Offering the potential for prior experience in banking environments, PSFs (Professionals of the Financial Sector) of commercial companies, or even in insurance, thereby expanding the diversity of sector-specific skills.
- Possessing fluent German language proficiency, a critical skill for professional interactions, as well as a good command of English. Proficiency in French will be considered an additional advantage.
