Take care of the backlog of changes following priorities (continuous delivery - JIRA tool) managed with Business entities
- Implement Changes (new functionalities, new modules,...) on European Institution's OpenText environment (TEST)
- Perform non regression testing and integration testing on European Institution's OpenText environment (TEST, ACC, PREP)
- Coordinate User Acceptance Tests with Business Entities
- Participate to deploy new changes on all European Institution's OpenText environments (ACC, PREP, PROD)
- Work with ITIL framework (ITSM tool - Incident/Change)
- Provide production on-site support (1st and 2nd level) on European Institution's OpenText environments (ACC, PREP, PROD)

**Requirements**:

- Content Suite Platform 22.1
- Windows Server
- Oracle DB
- SQL Server
- .NET

**OpenText certifications**:

- Enterprise Content Management

Knowledge of English (B2-C1) and French language (B2-C1)
