**Associate - Dispute Resolution (M/F)**:
Developing our talented work force is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a collaborative and talented individual to join the conversation and become part of our growing Dispute Resolution team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work and advise clients on cross-border civil and commercial litigation (including complex commercial and corporate disputes and contentious insolvency);
- Researching laws, statutes, regulations, and case law to prepare for trial or other court proceedings;
- Drafting settlement agreements based on input from clients and other attorneys;
- Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and pleadings in accordance with applicable rules of procedure or evidence;
- Preparing legal documents for filing with courts or administrative agencies;
- Drafting memorandum and legal opinions;
- Preparing for and participating in depositions, settlement conferences, and other court proceedings;
- Generally, taking charge of the follow-up of the matters until their closure.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- You have completed a postgraduate law degree, ideally complemented with an additional degree gained abroad (LL.M or Business School degree);
- You have gained an Associate Dispute Resolution / Litigation experience (3-4 years' post qualification experience) ideally in a top tier law firm with international exposure;
- You are admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or have attended or are eligible to attend the CCDL;
- You are a team player and would like to be professionally involved in an international environment, with the ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a team and sometimes under pressure;
- You are autonomous, dynamic, flexible, proactive, service-oriented and have excellent communication skills;
- You have a perfect command of both written and spoken English and French. Any other language would be an asset.
