**Join us as a FinCrime Junior Analyst**

**What you will be doing**
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our offices in Luxembourg where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the FinCrime Team and you will support the Satispay Group.

Key responsibilities:
Transaction monitoring of dormant accounts:

- Review alerts generated by the AML transaction monitoring system for dormant customers who became active;
- Analyse the renewed transactional activity and other relevant information to identify higher risk indicia and any unusual activity;
- Perform a full review of the customer profile and ensure information and documents are valid and up-to-date;
- Escalate any identified suspicious activities to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Periodic review of Medium risk customers:

- Conduct periodic reviews of existing medium-risk customers (consumers and merchants) to assess their risk profiles, analyse the transaction history and other relevant information to identify higher risk indicia and any unusual activity;
- For Merchants, analyse the company's profile to ensure a good understanding of the ownership structure and adequate identification of the ultimate beneficial owner(s) and legal representative(s);
- Ensure information and documents are valid and up-to-date;
- Escalate any identified suspicious activities to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

You have:

- The ability to prioritize workload - you know how to assess the Business Value of each task and you act accordingly, always keeping Customers at the heart of what you do;
- A proactive mindset - you are willing to take on challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals;
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.

You are:

- A good communicator and possess presentation skills, both written and verbal;
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for accuracy and quality.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
