CTO Branch Technology is seeking for an IT Asset Owner, to strengthen the team that is responsible for operating and managing our Identity, Access & Infrastructure Assets.
Overall Responsibility:
BT is looking for a Technology Services Analyst who will be joining the IT department and will cover related key IT roles with various interfaces to other areas and topics: Act as IT Application Owner (ITAO), IT Product Manager (ITPM) and Network Management Coordinator.
The focus will be on the ITAO Role, a fundamental IT role that is anchored in various key IT policies and processes of Deutsche Bank. First and foremost, the ITAO will be responsible for a set of Infrastructure Applications, associated Configuration Items and related IT Services.
The focus of the Network Management Coordinator is to manage and coordinate business requests related to network configurations or network lifecycle management tasks. The coordinator liaises between the business and technical teams.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership and responsibility of the assigned Infrastructure Assets and services within CTO BT in Luxembourg and support regular risk assessments for your IT assets and ensure, that policy-aligned IT Procedures with necessary specific controls are implemented
- Foster stability, security, and robustness of our internal IT networks, with a state-of-the-art design and innovative solutions focusing on internal users and external clients.
- As many of your IT assets are related to Identity and Access Management aiming to allow access to the right data for the right persons at the right point in time, you will (inter alia) also be responsible for the continuous development and support of our local privileged access monitoring and brokering solutions.
- Coordinate ITIL related process for your IT assets, such as Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Oversee and/or execute corresponding initiatives (e.g., technology refresh or disaster recovery exercises) in the IT Infrastructure
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) preferred and/or 3+ years professional experience in related IT infrastructure operations and/or Identity and Access Management areas.
- Very good knowledge of Windows and Unix server systems including MS Active Directory, good knowledge in the field of privileged access management systems (e.g., CyberArk, OneIdentity). Scripting skills (PowerShell) are considered an advantage.
- Experience in translation of very complex topics and sharing information in clear and crisp messages/visions, such as very good communication and organization skills, independent and reliable working style.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the Luxembourg financial sector is an advantage, fluent in English and German (written/verbal), French is considered an advantage
