Senior Financial Analyst

A degree
- Relevant experience in a finance role leading a project or programme and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a business
- Relevant experience working with Excel, reporting tools and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau
- Relevant experience in financial modelling

As part of the Customer Fulfillment Finance team, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leveraging Customer Fulfillment fixed costs metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials.
- Earning trust of your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions, driving business improvements and cost reductions.
- Owning the financial and operational planning processes and all Month-End-Close procedures including variance analysis between scenarios, (actuals, Plan, Forecast...).

**Basic qualifications**:

- Degree and solid work experience
- Experience and applied knowledge of Accounting and/or Financial concepts.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - MS Office

**Preferred qualifications**:

- SQL or any large-scale data mining and reporting tools (or willingness to learn)
- Manage and prioritize workload and work towards multiple deadlines
- Action-oriented in solving challenging business and technical issues
- Detail oriented and a passion for data with the ability to accurately summarize and share the relevant details.
