**We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides a pivotal role in our KPMG story. As a part of our team of Recruitment and Campus team, in this role you will be responsible for building talent pools, attending events, sourcing and attracting talents, assess and select them for our open positions.
**What you will be working on**
- Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process for one of our business lines by
- building a recruitment strategy and being responsible for active head-hunting and sourcing of all levels of profiles;
- conducting personality assessments and managing offer discussions as part of the recruitment process and promoting our firm at all levels.
- Act as an ambassador of our company and actively contribute to the development of our internal and external recruitment events as well as to the promotion of KPMG in European Campus in order to make KPMG the clear choice for the future graduates.
- Become a trusted advisor and partnering with the Hiring Managers to understand business needs, to develop and execute appropriate sourcing plans and to provide market insights.
- Take part in our branding communication strategy by using the appropriate channels such as social networks, career websites, etc.
- Be involved in HR projects linked directly or indirectly to talent attraction and campus, focusing on continuous development, efficiency and branding.
- Cooperate with our campus team in implementing our campus strategy, provide presentations about our company and values, contribute to execution of our recruitment events.
**What we look for**
- You have at least 1 to3 years of experience recruiting profiles in a similar talent acquisition role.
- You have strong networking skills and interest and enjoy connecting with people as well as building talent pools in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English. (German and/or French can be an asset).
- You are positive and performance driven attitude as well as good persuasion skills.
- You are a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You want to join a growing team and are not afraid of a fast-paced environment.
- You are skilled in the Microsoft Windows Suite.
