Job description
Meraki Talent is currently working with a highly regarded global accountancy firm who are looking to hire an experienced
**Transaction Service** profile with 2-4 years of experience.
Based in
**Luxembourg** you will be part of a team that delivers a wide range of transaction-related services, which include financial diligence in support of deal evaluation, reporting, and refinancing advice. The engagements are a mix of long and short client-site and office-based projects in Luxembourg and overseas.
Responsibilities of the
**Transaction Service** profile**:
- Analyze business and financial topics.
- Assist in identifying deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions.
- Help in the preparation of high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare key summary section and reports.
- Participate in marketing, knowledge sharing and practice development.
- You will experience different corporate cultures in a European financial center and international environment of project work.
- Analyze complex business situations with the support of experienced colleagues.
Requirements of
** Transaction Service** profile**:
- You hold a business degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and/or Strategic Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Transaction Services/due diligence
- You are proactive, highly motivated, and take responsibility for your own work.
- You are fluent in English
