**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** **Work closely with our IT team to understand the organization's needs and translate them into effective, efficient, and secure automated solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management, orchestration, and automation of our IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with system administrators, software developers, and other technology staff to ensure reliable, end-to-end delivery of services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Ansible platform and its integration with other systems.
- Participate in regular team meetings and discussions, proposing improvements and solutions based on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the team's Ansible expertise.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Profile**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience working with Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of Python scripting and YAML.
- Experience with other automation tools such as Terraform or Puppet is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, including shell scripting.
- Knowledge of various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
