**Vos missions**:

- You will be entrusted with a variety of missions:

- Lead and manage development teams to achieve high performance and quality.
- Estimate project requirements and create effective roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to technical and architectural best practices.
- Implement key technical components for smooth and secure project execution.
- Oversee and validate operational documentation for accuracy.
- Write specialized technical documents and manuals with expertise
- Technically lead and manage a team to drive operational performance.
- Ensure technical and architectural compliance with best practices.
- Assist in putting in place the key technical components required for the smoothexecution of projects while adhering to security best practices.

**Votre profil**:

- You have the following essentials skills:

- At least 8 years of experience in IT software development
- Solid experience of java in architecture and component development, back end and front end combined ( More than 2 official experience on it)
- Strong experience with Spring/Springboot ecosystem components such as Spring MVC, Spring Data and Spring Security (more than 2 years' official experience in this area)
- Strong experience in front-end development using JavaScript (JS) with frameworks such as: React, Angular, Vue.. Svelte would be a huge plus
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- You have the following characteristics:

- You speak very good English and French (C2 Level required). Fluency in another language is a plus.
- You have a good experience in project management, using Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- You can demonstrate your skills in each of the technologies mentioned by

describing concrete projects you have worked on.
