The GCS EMEA Service Manager position involves overseeing various aspects of general services, workplace business solutions, workplace strategy and planning, workplace operations, physical security, and business continuity programs in Luxembourg. The role requires coordinating GCS services, managing administration tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing office services, travel and expense management, venue management, and serving as a point of contact for landlords and property managers. The Service Manager will also handle facilities management, space planning, vendor management, and maintain compliance with MEPH statutory requirements. The role demands attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
**Description**
Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses a large skill set from client service to operations, likes collaboration and technology. They need someone detail oriented and able to provide global standards' support, in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary coordinator for all GCS service lines in offices supporting respective corporate and professional groups. The role is not duplicative of support provided by existing administrative teams or executive assistants.

- Office Services
- Travel, Expense & Records Management
- Venue Management
- Work place planning and strategy
- Workplace Operations (Space planning and Facilities Management)
- Physical Security & business continuity program
**Profile**
- 4 to 10 years professional experience, ideally in Finance, or from a blue-chip high-performing organization
- Experience in Facilities Management and Workplace Operations
- Advanced technological systems skills and computer knowledge (MS Office Suite)
- Advanced understanding of service delivery and customer service
- Very good business and interpersonal communicator, written and oral
- Need work ethic, someone very proactive who pays attention to detail and is dynamic
- Someone Multi-tasker with excellent time management and who knows how to priorize his work
- Team player, capable of managing workload autonomously and escalating when necessary
- Experience with Service Now or another workflow system is an asset
- Someone who respects confidentiality and integrity
- Bi-lingual in local language (e.g.French, German, etc..) and English, written and oral
- Suitable professional training and at least two years' experience in similar field of activity to fulfil Duty of Care requirements
