**Your role**
- Are you able to handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?
- We’re looking for a business manager to:
- contribute to the success of the newly set-up UK desk by supporting the UK team with the remediation tasks
- support the Head Markets and Head Business Management in instigating change initiatives that will drive the business forward (incl. analysis performance via Excel, preparation of Powerpoint presentations)
- support the Head Markets and Head Business Management in collecting regular updates from the desks for various initiatives (e.g. Net New Money forecasts)

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Business Management team. However, in light of the daily support to the UK team, you will also spend some time sitting with them. Both teams are located in Luxembourg and sitting next to each other. It will be a great opportunity to get a view on the Management related tasks and at the same time, getting a true in-desk experience.

**Your expertise**
- very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously.
- work with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process.
- good skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
