**Summary**:
My client is a dynamic and growth-oriented company committed to excellence and innovation. As part of their expanding tax team, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Tax Manager** with expertise in both direct and indirect taxation. This key role will play a critical part in shaping their tax strategy, ensuring compliance, and optimizing tax efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and international tax requirements.
- Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of all direct and indirect tax returns.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Oversee the compliance and reporting of the taxes.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Key requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6 years of progressive experience in direct and indirect tax, with a focus on strategic planning and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
