Our client, a renowned fiduciary in the Luxembourg market, is currently looking for a **KYC Officer** to expand their team.
By joining this company, located in the South of Luxembourg City, you will be able to use both public **transport and your car**. Indeed, the location is perfectly accessible for all border residents and/or Luxembourg residents.
You will complete a stable and already well **established team**, where you will be able to enjoy the knowledge of others and grow with them in turn.
**Flexible hours** are also a must. Working on the basis of trust, you arrange your hours as you wish, as far as possible.
KYC Officer - Your Responsibilities
- Update the KYC database and files
- Maintain the register of beneficial owners and the register of shareholders
- Follow up with clients
- Sending letters to clients
- Liaise with notaries and lawyers during incorporation or restructuring
KYC Officer - Your Profile
- You have a first experience of **at least 2 years** in the field of KYC or corporate
- You are fluent in written and spoken **French and English**. The command of **Luxembourgish** will be considered a major asset
- You want to evolve in a **healthy work environment**
KYC Officer - Their Offer
- A salary of up to **55 000€ gross per year**, depending on your years of experience in the field and what you can bring to the company
