**What you'll do**:
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has introduced “Telecom Security Requirements” (TSRs) designed to protect UK networks from cyber-related attacks. As a result of these changes, Vodafone will need to ensure that both our own business and our suppliers comply with the new Telecom Security ‘measures’ outlined in the UK Government’s Code of Practice.

Telecom Security Requirements (TSRs) Transformation Category Manager will play a critical role in establishing and negotiating TSR compliance with our existing suppliers. You will ensure that Vodafone continues to procure goods and services cost-effectively and efficiently, whilst also managing the Transformation Security Regulations compliance.

You will be responsible for the contract negotiation of TSR (Telecoms Security Regulation) requirements in Vodafone global contracts for the UK market. You will drive the TSR contract negotiation workstream for Vodafone global contracts for the UK market with VSSB support. You will manage end-to-end negotiations with suppliers and escalations, manage demand/expectations of the group and local market relevant stakeholders and work with executive senior stakeholders in the decision-making process.

To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and relationship management abilities, and a solid understanding of the procurement process, especially for Networks and IT categories. This role is a unique opportunity for a Category Manager or Procurement Professional the result in the multi-year TSR transformation program for all Networks and IT contract in a key market with Vodafone. The training on Telecoms Security Regulation will be provided.

**Who you are**:

- Experience in the Telecoms industry and Procurement environment.
- Advanced contract negotiation skills - concurrently managing multiple contract negotiations
- Understand the demands of regulation work and the integrity of their role and be able to manage escalations.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work unsupervised in a multi-national and multicultural environment.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Results-driven with high levels of self-motivation, mobility, energy, and initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
