**| Your challenges?**:

- Assess the current BO 4.2 environment and identify the elements to be migrated to version 4.3.
- Design a detailed migration strategy, including planning steps, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house BO architect to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth migration.
- Perform migration of BO objects, including reports, universes, data connections, and system configurations.
- Conduct thorough testing to validate the migration and address any issues that may arise.
- Document migration procedures, encountered issues, and implemented solutions.
- Train end-users on new features and interface changes in BO.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders regarding the progress of the migration.
- Collaborate with the BO support team to resolve post-migration issues.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Objects migration, specifically from version 4.2 to 4.3.
- Excellent knowledge of BO features, components, and architecture.
- Strong technical skills in query languages (SQL) and ETL tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with architects and developers.
- Good understanding of data management principles and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French is an asset.
