As an intern you will assist the Project Managers with:

- Managing strategic and regulatory projects ;
- Reviewing processes and improving efficiency ;
- Supporting the deployment of strategic initiatives decided at Group level ;
- Identifying and implementing new local projects (linked to regulatory, compliance and operational matters) ;
- Participating in the Bank’s digital transformation ;
- Facilitating workshops involving business, IT, compliance, risk and other stakeholders ;
- Supporting the project team in all its Project Management and PMO activities (coordination of tasks, change management, monitoring progress of projects, production of KPIs, update of project portfolio, status reporting and others).

**Your profile**:

- You are finishing or have completed a master’s degree from a university, Business/Engineering/Economics or Law school;
- You are familiar with working in an international environment. English is a prerequisite;
- You have a good knowledge of MS office;
- You show organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details. In addition, you are creative, flexible and proactive.
