**We are seeking a Junior Adviser (German speaker) in Transaction Services (Due Diligence)**
Transaction Services delivers a wide range of transaction related services to our clients. Our key services include financial diligence in support of deal evaluation, capital market reporting and refinancing advice. Our business is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle. Our engagements are a mix of short and long duration, client-site and office-based work in Luxembourg and overseas.
We are seeking an individual who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.

**What you will be working on**:

- Assist in identifying deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions.
- Analyze business and financial topics.
- Highlight the key findings from the due diligence, suggesting how such findings should be incorporated into the client's valuation and/or purchase and sale agreement, and providing other negotiating points.
- Work over a cross section of industries and geographies but with a focus on the Luxembourg marketplace.
- You will experience different corporate cultures in a European financial center and international environment of project work.
- You will analyze complex business situations with the support of experienced colleagues.
- From the first day on you will be assigned to challenging tasks. In addition, we support a broad range of professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CA, etc.).

**What we look for**:

- We are looking for ambitious individuals with strong analytical skills who will relish the challenge of working in Deal Advisory. with a focus on due diligence projects.
- You hold a business degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Strategic Management and you have at least done an 1 internship in Transaction Services/due diligence, private equity, funds, etc..
- You are proactive, highly motivated and take responsibility for your own work.
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and can work efficiently under pressure.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills.
- You are fluent in German and English.
