**Job description**:
We are currently looking for an **Azure Cloud Specialist** to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

**Responsabilities**:

- Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules determined by the Commission’s central security service (complemented by local rules where needed)
- Define configuration management and deployment strategies for Cloud resources
- Deploy and maintain virtual machines, including OS updates and security patches
- Ensure availability and stability of cloud production environments
- Work with the development teams in resolving software and other related problems associated with the cloud deployment infrastructure and the code deployed onto platforms such as databases, Kubernetes and/or middleware
- Manage day-to-day deployment and maintenance activities
- Analyze and tune information systems’ performance

**Technical skills**:

- Experience in administering systems in a cloud environment
- Good Knowledge of cloud infrastructure setups, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- Good knowledge in scripting languages for cloud infrastructure automation
- Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems and networking connectivity
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skill
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure IAAS operation
- Specific expertise with Docker/Kubernetes

**Profile**:

- 2 year experience on a similar position
- Master degree in IT
- English professional
- Good reasoning and communication
