We seek to constantly improve the tools and processes that we use in doing so. As Program Manager, you will work under the leadership of Social Responsibility Operations Lead, to implement mechanisms and ensure our suppliers are compliant with Amazon’s human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards.

Key job responsibilities
- Oversee a roadmap of social responsibility projects coordinating prioritization and resources with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, advise, align and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on identified risks, opportunities, and corresponding actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of supplier compliance activities.
- Initiate and lead assessments/investigations and partnership discussions, and oversee implementation of improvement programs, as needed.
- Report to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
