**Function**:
- Participate actively in drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation;
- Undertake research on technical tax aspects to advise our clients;
- Direct involvement in tailored tax structuring for multinational corporates, investment funds, and financial institutions;
- Work closely with other departments (cross-practice) and offices (cross-border).
**Profile**:
- Qualified lawyer (CCDL and/or European bar qualification) with 1 to 2.5 years of work experience in Tax law and outstanding academic qualifications;
- Affinity with numbers;
- Professional proficiency in French and English, German is considered as an asset;
- Good team player;
- Reliable and committed, eager to learn.
