Main responsibilities and activities:
**1. Customer rebate contracts**:
- Prepare and follow-up customer rebate contracts in liaison with agencies, submit and collect signatures thereof (both internal and external)
- File and ensure implementation of provisions in SAP.
- Prepare rebate cards for the German contracts in leverage.
- Prepare bonus rebate calculation based on the rebate contracts.
- Create SAP conditions and issue Credit Notes. Prepare customer invoice instructions in view of payment by finance.
**2. Reporting and business support to CMO**
- Prepare customer files (BI extractions) for agencies.
- Pre-design and refresh condensed management reports, submit, and drive query design towards LCE central / IT.
- Collect relevant data and prepare presentations for scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Preparation of the budget file for CMO
- Participate in internal meetings between CMO and planning, supply chain, order management and agencies. Organize, prepare, update and file folders for recurrent CMO meetings.
**3. Sales support activities**:
- As per agencies inquiries submitted from all BD’s.
- Price offers to agencies.
- Profitability simulations for decision making.
- Price instructions to OM’s based on settlement with customers (e.g., AMDS EU5 - monthly price agreement)
- Volume objectives instructions (communicate budget, monthly price guidelines). Prepare, manage and give instructions to OM’s for the non-prime contracts.
**4. Miscellaneous Tasks**
- Manage and change the Sections and Merchant Bars website.
- Organize customer meetings when needed.
- Organize sales convention.
- Proof-reading of the sales catalogue.
- Ad-hoc missions: data collection and analysis.
