**Responsibilities**:
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Efficiently managing calendars and appointments to ensure proper scheduling and coordination.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team.
- Providing general administrative support to maintain smooth office operations.
Profile Required:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal administrative role, demonstrating your familiarity with legal processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and French. German** is a huge asset
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and attention to legal details.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
