**Senior Quality Manager**

**Missions et Responsabilités**:

- Superviser et encadrer les responsables qualité sur nos sites Luxembourg, Pologne et Bulgarie
- La coordination des informations qualité vers nos usines:

- Diffusion des procédures (actualités et mise à jour)
- Validation et communication du cahier des charges client.
- Supervision des spécifications qualité des produits (avec N-1 dédié à cela)
- La centralisation des réclamations clients et la coordination des solutions:

- Collecte des plaintes et analyses
- Validation de l'analyse et du plan d'action des usines
- Supervision des réponses à fournir aux clients par les équipes commerciales
- La centralisation des réclamations fournisseurs et leur management jusqu'à leur résolution complète:

- Discussion avec les fournisseurs / résolution des réclamations
- Suivi de l'évaluation des fournisseurs
- Proposition et suivi des plans d'amélioration
- La validation de nouveaux fournisseurs.
- La supervision et la validation des nouveaux emballages (avec N-1 dédié à cela).
- L’organisation des réunions de qualité par site et avec la direction.
- S'assurer que la politique qualité est mise en place et respectée par l’ensemble de nos usines et collaborateurs.
- Superviser les divers audits, encadrer et assister le responsable des audits internes et externes

**Votre Profil**:

- Vous avez été responsable d'une équipe qualité pendant au moins 5-7 ans.
- Idéalement, vous avez également une expérience de la production.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques d'amélioration des processus.
- Vous avez un très bon sens de l'organisation et vous aimez aller dans les détails.
- Vous résolvez les problèmes, êtes très réactif et savez vous adapter aux situations de crise.
- Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux et savez organiser et gérer une équipe.
- Vous parlez Français et Anglais couramment.
- Cette fonction requiert également d'excellentes capacités de communication.
- Vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé dans un secteur d'activité similaire.
- Vous êtes disposé à voyager environ 30 % de votre temps de travail. (Pologne et Bulgarie)
