Hikma-Solutions is looking for one of its clients for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and talented **Junior Compliance Officer (m/w/x)** to join his compliance team.

You will work closely with the senior compliance officers. Our client is looking for a dedicated team member with a high amount of flexibility to complement a forward-thinking and committed team, whose passion and specific expertise guarantee an exciting working environment, as well as growth opportunities and flexible / agile working arrangements.

**Your missions**:

- Get proper understanding, verify consistency of information and documentation of KYC files with internal electronic and physical databases.
- Review and assess the consistency of clients risk classification.
- Assist experienced staff in AML / CFT queries and follow up and provide support to internal and external counterparties (Relationship Management / Back office - Banks & Auditors).
- Ensure Sanction and world check screening and respective escalation to Senior team members.

**Your profile**:

- University degree, masters or bachelors degree in law, Finance or Economics or in a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a position (preferably from Big4 or law firm), in auditing - testing AML / CFT,
- client counterpart verification (Know your client for new and existing clients).
- You should have good knowledge of applicable Luxembourg, respectively EU laws and regulations in terms of AML / CFT relevant to the fund and asset management industry.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French is considered an asset.
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- You have the ability to work independently as well as working in a team.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, have a positive attitude and you are willing to acquire new knowledge and skills.
