**About Our Digital Transformation**

SLG is embarking on a transformation journey by harnessing Microsoft’s digital ecosystem. We are integrating Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate to streamline processes and create scalable, agile solutions. Our transformation program spans multiple projects within a matrix organization and international setting, ensuring that every initiative contributes to our strategic objectives. As part of this journey, we are also designing a Data Fabric architecture to facilitate scalable, AI-ready data integration across the enterprise.

**About Your Role**

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot agents. You will support dashboard creation, data cleaning tasks, and other digital improvements that directly help reduce manual work and enhance business continuity. In parallel, you may contribute to the design of templates and tools that help automate the onboarding and integration of data pipelines from various systems—supporting the foundational work on our Data Fabric architecture. If time allows, you may also assist with project management tasks, supporting process documentation and tracking initiatives across the Digital Factory. The role is ideal for someone curious about digital transformation, excited about building real tools, and motivated to be part of a forward-thinking team.

**About Your Responsibilities**

Your mission is to support the Digital Factory in delivering day-to-day improvements and ensuring the continuity of essential business operations. You will take ownership of lightweight but high-value technical and organizational tasks, including developing internal tools with Power Apps, automating recurring processes with Power Automate, and structuring data for dashboarding and operational reporting. You will also support the team by preparing templates and scripts to facilitate faster and more consistent data connections within our evolving Data Fabric ecosystem. When appropriate, you may contribute to basic project coordination efforts such as updating progress logs or documenting workflows. Your contributions will create real-time savings for senior team members and accelerate the factory's delivery capability.

**Who We’re Looking For**

We are looking for a curious and proactive intern with a genuine interest in digital transformation and applied IT. You enjoy identifying and solving inefficiencies, building useful tools, and collaborating with others to bring practical digital improvements to life. While a technical background is appreciated, we are quite open—strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a willingness to learn are far more important. Familiarity with Power Platform tools, data organization principles, or scripting is a great plus. You should be fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is a bonus but not a requirement. More than anything, we value your curiosity, your respect for others, and your energy to contribute to a mission-driven team.

**Success in This Role**

Within the 6-month internship, you will have delivered practical tools that are used in live operations, automated at least three repetitive processes, and improved the visibility or structure of internal data. You will have also contributed templates or scripts that support the onboarding of data pipelines into our future Data Fabric. Your contributions will help free up time for the core Digital Hub members, allowing them to focus on strategic architecture and transformation initiatives.
