Product Structuring and Development Analyst/Associate, Private Markets Investor, Luxembourg
**About our client**
We are working with a leading private markets investor which is seeking to hire a technically astute Product Structuring and Development Analyst or Associate in their Luxembourg office. **What the job involves**
The Product Structuring and Development Analyst or Associate will contribute to the design, structuring, development, and pricing of new registered/evergreen offerings to enhance accessibility and adoption of alternatives by private wealth investors.
- Engage in the creation and presentation of product-related materials and analyses for senior leadership
- Evaluate product configurations, regulatory changes, and competitor fund introductions to pinpoint potential new product development /growth avenues
- Coordinate all aspects of new product development, contributing insights to the enhancement of operations, technology, marketing, and finance, while fostering collaborations with these teams
- Project manage the launch and operational implementation of new funds within the EMEA region
- Formulate and oversee project plans, providing senior management with regular updates and suggesting process flow improvements as required
**Who we are looking for**
- Prior experience in product structuring or product development at an investment management, asset management, private bank or wealth management firm
- Understanding of alternative investment strategies and financial structures is desirable
- Proven ability to collaborate across operations, legal/outside counsel, finance, and technology
- Effective communication, financial modelling, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the operational aspects of private wealth firms would be a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High integrity and professionalism
