Pour accompagner notre croissance à deux chiffres depuis plus de 6 ans, nos équipes sont en plein développement et nous sommes à la recherche d’un _No Code Developer & UX/UI Designer_ avec une expertise solide sur Bubble et/ou Webflow.

Au sein du département Marketing et reportant au _Digital Growth Manager_, vos principales missions incluront:

- Définir les parcours utilisateurs et créer des wireframes, des prototypes interactifs pour créer (ou optimiser) une excellente expérience utilisateur sur nos différentes plateformes digitales
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de l'entreprise pour identifier les besoins clients et les spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Analyser les données et les retours des utilisateurs pour améliorer le design.
- Utiliser la méthode Agile & Asynchrone pour gérer les projets, avec des outils comme Asana pour le suivi.

Nous cherchons une personne ayant la volonté de se challenger et d'apprendre de nouvelles choses au quotidien, qui sait s'adapter aux différents environnements et défis afin de proposer les meilleures solutions à nos utilisateurs à travers nos solutions digitales.
- Entre 1 et 3 ans d'expérience en développement No code et UX/UI design
- Bonne expérience en wireframing, prototypage et ergonomie
- Bonne connaissance des outils prioritaires:

- Développement No code **:Bubble et Webflow**:

- Automatisation : Zapier et/ou Make
- UX/UI design : Figma
- Bon sens de la communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français et en anglais.
- Proactivité, curiosité et désir constant d'apprentissage
- Être animé par la recherche de la preuve pour lutter contre la croyance (Data Driven & User Centric)
- Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie
- Avoir un profil entrepreneurial et entreprenant est un plus
