Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification - 2+ years work experience as a corporate paralegal or related experience with a multinational/Fortune 500 company or law firm, including entity governance, board/director communications, and compliance with statutory obligations - Fluent in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment - Impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once - Self-starter with strong bias for action and keen attention to detail - Strong judgment, even in ambiguous situations, and discretion with confidential matters
- Experience drafting and negotiating corporate documentation and conducting legal due diligence
- Proficiency in Global Entity Management System (GEMS) or other entity management system, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience working on corporate governance matters relating to entities in Middle East and Africa
- Fluency in Arabic would be a bonus
