**The Responsibilities**
You will assist the Business Conduct Compliance Office with the development, oversight, and monitoring of the corporate compliance program;
You will assist with developing new policies and the review of existing policies and procedures by collaborating with relevant departments;
You will assist with compliance training and other resources to help promote and consolidate a culture of ethics and compliance, and foster awareness of the company's compliance program among employees and some third parties;
You will partner with various departments’ leaders to identify, shape and deliver impactful content in internal communications to employees, with a focus on ethics and compliance topics and trends including corruption, bribery, conflict of interest, personal data protection and other relevant compliance matters;
You will assist in developing and creating reports for the senior management and committees regarding the effectiveness of the compliance program;
You will assist the area with various special projects;
**The Requirements**
You hold a University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Law;
You have an advanced level **#English** and **#Spanish** languages;
You have good proficiency of the Microsoft Office package (Power BI desirable);
You have European citizenship;
You are detail-oriented and have critical thinking skills and high ethical standards;
You are willing to expand your knowledge, you are autonomous and proactive, you have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team, you have analytical skills and you pay close attention to details;
You are able to:

- establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers, anticipating their needs/expectations and continuously improving products/services/processes ensuring the Company's interests are preserved;
- build professional networks;
- solve complex problems in order to achieve results;
- interact with people of any level, playing a leading role, stimulating teamwork, agreement achievement and cultural diversity management;
- manage information in a timely and effective manner, developing cooperation with others and choosing the best communication channel and style;
You show interest in creating collective knowledge inside and outside work team, sharing, registering and documenting ideas/know-how/information/experiences on a shared basis.
