То strengthen our Crime Preventionteam, we are looking for an Account Manager with fluent French and English.

- Ideally base knowledgeof AML/CTF EU regulations and knowledge of the European financial sector (Entitiessupervised by the local regulator)
- Interested inthe financial industry in general
- Fluent (C2) in English and French(C2), further languages like German are a clear plus
- Good knowledge of MicrosoftOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

As an Account Manager, youwill directly report to the Management and perform all relevant commercial tasksto nurture, cross
- and upsell in the existing client base of cleversoft

**You will in particular**
- work from one of our officesin Munich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, The Hague, Luxembourg or Sofia
- work closelywith our Customer Success Team and take over customer requests regarding newproducts and features as well as change requests
- Activelyparticipate to commercial/marketing campaigns within the existing customer basein order to cross
- and upsell
- Organise remote/onsite presentations/live demos of the cleversoft AML solutions, send serviceoffers and ensure appropriated follow up
- Gain deep diveknowledge on the AML market as well as on the cleversoft solutions
- Be responsiblefor the maintenance of the clients’ files in the CRM with accurate input, maintaininghigh quality of data
- Be in regularcontact with clients to complete the AML offer on additional AML/KYC modules,specific needs
- Collaborate withour marketing team and get integrated in our international sales team
- Keep up to dateyour knowledge on AML/CTF EU regulations
