SCOT Automated Inventory Management (AIM) team owns the management of Amazon’s inventory investment and key business outcomes across Europe and Emerging Countries globally. We are the ones who are looking around the corners to connect the dots that no one is thinking about yet and then driving those insights into tangible results. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a focus on Emerging Countries. You will collaborate with key retail leaders to create and implement strategic product plans for the Emerging Countries business. You will play an important part in assessing inventory position and looking for ways to improve the customer experience while driving efficiency. You will work closely with business and technical leaders around the world to give insights, knowledge, and proposals for new products and features. You will work with Business Engineers to create metrics and reporting solutions to assess progress and performance, and you will be in charge of conducting data reviews and in-depth analysis to lead corrective measures and product.

This role is based in Luxembourg

Key job responsibilities
- Build product roadmap(s) to manage inventory at scale for Emerging Countries
- Partner with retail/business teams across Europe, MENA and TR business to ensure adoption of our products and measure the effectiveness of our systems
- Create and analyze performance metrics to inform decision making and new feature additions

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional peers, creating a collaborative culture

Luxembourg, LUX
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Computer Science
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with technology to develop innovative solutions
- Familiarity with data science
- Experience effectively managing relationships at senior levels (VP, SVP, C-level)
- Experience setting product definitions and roadmaps
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver products
- Strong quantitative analysis skills
