**Summary**:
A world-renowned asset manager requires a Senior Investment Accountant to join one of their subsidiaries to focus on their real estate credit equity and other financial assets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a global asset manager, reporting directly to the Investment Controller and working with the wider business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and annual accounts.
- Supporting the Balance Sheet reconciliation and review process; with any risks or opportunities clearly identified & communicated.
- Responsible for the preparation of local GAAP Financial Statements; liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance with local GAAP reporting requirements.
- Review of quarterly investment income reports.
- Review legal documents prepared by external law firms or Legal teams for responsible entities.
- Ad-hoc projects as requested by senior management.
**Role Requirements**:
- Degree in accounting or in Finance with experience of a minimum of 3 years with international exposure ideally within the Fund/ Investment industry.
- Luxembourg GAAP knowledge.
- Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook ).
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of providing high-quality work to very demanding internal clients.
- Result-oriented and looking for challenges.
