We are currently looking for a Mid-Senior PMO, to support our ongoing **digital transformation** and internal **process improvement.**
**Requirements**:
- Participate in defining the company strategies and governance (with the CEO & the partners)
- Collect business, digital and process improvement needs, and set the execution plan in line with the priorities validated by the CEO
- Identify, escalate and correct project deviations (scope, quality, schedule, cost) as early as possible, in partnership with the CEO
- Ensure the update of project management and governance tools and documents
- Prepare and organize various interventions (meetings, workshops, committees), and provide clear and adequate reporting (minutes).
- Monitor the supplier's performance in accordance with contractual and financial commitments.
**Your profile**
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or Supply chain/logistic
- **At least 3 years of experience in a context of digital transformation & change management**:
- Working experience in a small company or willingness to work in this context
- Project management, business analysis and change management experience (any experience in product management will be considered as an asset)
- Strong analytical skills as well as result-oriented and pragmatic mind-set
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Self-starter attitude with an eager to learn mindset
- Experience using Odoo will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in French and English (any other language is considered as an asset)
- Immediately available & authorized to work in Luxembourg
