Domain Expertise in Business Process Modelling, Business Analysis, System Requirements Specification, Demand Management, and Product Management
Right to work required for Belgium / Visa or relevant passport
English language only required, French advantageous
Tasks
- Engage with business representatives and users and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and elicit User Stories
- Testing and playing an active role in coordinating and supporting user testing and/or training
- Support change management activities as needed
- Write User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria, and prompt users for additional criteria to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Structure requirements/user stories and propose the prioritization of Featur
- Build user journeys/navigation
- Daily use of Azure DevOps
**Requirements**:
- Relevant practitioner-level qualifications in the area of business analysis and/or business process analysis and/or modeling
- SAFe Agile certification (or appropriate experience in an Agile working environment)analyzing and improving processes for organizations with more than 500 persons or system analysis for a complex IT project (with a complex architectural landscape)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to listen to users, explain to scrum team/developers and document at an appropriate level
- Critical thinking and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Capacity to work independently to analyze dependencies, find synergies (e.g. when grouping
