L’approvisionneur matières est le garant de la gestion des approvisionnements pour le site de Clervaux. Il/elle a à sa charge près de 200 références et est en contact régulier avec une 20aine de fournisseurs à travers l’Europe. Il/elle effectue également le suivi de la réception administrative des matières premières.

A ce titre, il/elle doit:

- Définir les délais et les quantités à approvisionner en prenant en compte les prévisions de consommations et/ou les besoins calculés par le MRP ainsi que la répartition fournisseurs et les contraintes de production et de stockage,
- Lancer et suivre les commandes jusqu’à la livraison,
- Suivre au quotidien les plannings des différentes lignes productions,
- Prendre toutes les mesures adaptées en cas de retard de livraison mettant en péril la production et/ ou en cas de modification des plannings de production,
- Maintenir à jour les stocks de toutes les matières via un inventaire mensuel à mínima, à organiser avec les différents contributeurs au sein de l’usine,
- Assurer le reporting des indicateurs quotidiens et mensuels,
- Veiller à ce que les fichiers informatiques soient en permanence complets et à jour:

- Les stocks (réceptions quotidiennes, écarts inventaires, consignations),
- Les commandes en cours,
- Les rolling Forecast,

Compétences:

- Travailler de façon méthodique, être organisé et savoir gérer les priorités,
- Bonne résistance au stress,
- Capacité d’analyse et volonté de comprendre,
- Bonne gestion de la relation client-fournisseur,
- Facilité d’adaptation et flexibilité,
- Facilité de négociation avec des interlocuteurs variés,

Savoir-faire:

- Maîtrise du français,
- Maîtrise de l’anglais - contacts oraux et écrit quotidien avec les fournisseurs,
- Maîtrise de la suite Office,
- La matrice des ERP : AS 400 et SAP est un atout,
- La connaissance des outils de _Lean Management_ est un plus,
- Bénéficier d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire.
