FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) is one of the important growth engines of Amazon. We are seeking a passionate, innovative and seasoned professional to define and deliver a growth strategy for FBA. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for re-inventing the best-in-class e-commerce experience and building new mechanisms to improve our Selling partners’ experience with FBA.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive FBA business growth
- Transform insights from data and voice of Sellers into projects and processes that improve FBA growth; propose ideas and drive pilots to unlock new opportunities.
- Establish business goals driving consensus and action across program/recruitment teams; build supporting business metrics and success indicators; create required processes/mechanisms to realise the goals
- Own the weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring and reporting of KPIs on FBA business growth
- Work independently in a high pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist

Luxembourg, LUX
- MBA or similar advanced studies.
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel; able to prioritize complex deliverables, and run large meetings with business leaders.
- Ability to investigative problem at hand, dive deep to the root cause of a problem, find systematic gaps, support it with analytical data and finally address the issue.
- Innovative: loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our sellers and customers.
