Our **Delta Operational** team is looking for a Senior Consultant - Lead SimCorp Implementation to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.
The Senior Consultant - Lead SimCorp Implementation will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SimCorp Dimension post-trade modules: configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure and manage modules including:
- Trade Matching (CTM, MTM, Traiana, Tradenexus, Trax, MT300)
- SWIFT instructions (54* message types)
- Settlement workflows and integration
- MT to MX migration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, operations) to define, validate, and implement requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure robust solution delivery.
- Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members.
The Senior Consultant - Lead SimCorp Implementation will also have the responsibility to animate the Delta Accounting tribe, participate to the development of the existing team, animating workshops and training internally and with third parties. As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant - Lead SimCorp Implementation will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience leading SimCorp Dimension implementations in post-trade environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with trade matching systems and settlement processes.
- In-depth understanding of SWIFT message standards and MT/MX migration.
- Familiarity with the full post-trade lifecycle (confirmation, settlement, exception handling).
- Proficiency in SimCorp configuration and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with systems such as Aladdin, Xentis, or Smartstream.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Master II qualification in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering.
- English and French speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage.
