Our client, a leading provider offering a wide range of specialized financial, corporate, and advisory services, is seeking a talented Internal Auditor fluent in German to cater to our internal banking and PSF clientele.
**Internal Audit Manager - Your responsibilities**:
As an Internal Auditor, you will play a **pivotal role in managing internal missions**, ensuring their efficiency, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing our internal portfolio, contributing to our growth trajectory, and ensuring that mandates are meticulously adhered to within deadlines. Additionally, you'll lead a team of both junior and senior auditors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage internal audit missions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and attentive service.
- Drive the development of our internal portfolio, contributing to our sustained growth and success.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory mandates and internal policies, delivering results within established timelines.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of junior and senior auditors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
**Internal Audit Manager - Your profile**:
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in economics, auditing, or a related field.
- Minimum **of 5 years' proven** experience in internal or external auditing, specializing in banking.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of audit standards, risk and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
