Nous avons l’honneur de collaborer avec une structure prestigieuse qui est à la recherche d’un nouveau talent pour rejoindre son département Corporate Governance en tant que Corporate Officer dans le cadre du développement de ses activités.
Notre partenaire se trouve à quelques minutes de la gare de Luxembourg et à quelques pas d’une station de tramway, vous garantissant des trajets sans encombres pour venir travailler ce qui représentera également un véritable gain de temps pour vous. Temps que vous pourrez consacrer à vos propres projets et vos proches, cela vous permettant de ne pas avoir l’impression d’avoir des journées à rallonge au bureau.
Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe internationale d’une cinquantaine de collaborateurs en totalité dont une dizaine dans votre département : ainsi vous pourrez construire de vraies affinités dans un cadre prestigieux et stable dans lequel vous pourrez vous projeter dans un avenir commun plein d’échanges et interactions.
Des dossiers qui sauront également renforcer vos compétences d’un point de vue technique vous seront proposés dans le cadre de vos missions, appréciable et apprécié lorsque que l’on veut affiner son expertise et gagner en expérience.

Vos responsabilités | In House - Corporate - Legal - Corporate Officer

Vous devrez gérer en autonomie différentes entités (de la constitution à la liquidation), investissant principalement dans des projets Private Equity et Real Estate.

Vous serez en charge de produire les documentations légales nécessaires telles que des modifications de statuts ou bien de siège social, des changements d’actionnaires et autres actes juridiques.

En tant que Corporate Officer, vous allez devoir assurer la bonne communication avec les différentes parties prenantes (avocats, notaires, administrations compétentes) et vos collaborateurs.

La préparation et l’organisation des assemblées (Board Meeting, Conseil d’administration, Générale, Exceptionnelle) et la rédaction des procès-verbaux feront partie de votre administration quotidienne.

Profil et parcours | In House - Corporate - Legal - Corporate Officer

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil bénéficiant d’une expérience d’au moins trois ans au sein d’une structure Luxembourgeoise (PSF, Fiduciaire, ManCo) afin d’avoir une bonne exposition aux réglementations en vigueur.

Vous êtes à même de communiquer en français et en anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral, afin d’assurer de bons échanges et une bonne compréhension des documentations.

Vous avez idéalement obtenu un Master dans des matières juridiques.

Vous avez l’œil pour les détails et vous vous décrivez comme étant une personne organisée dans vos responsabilités quotidiennes.
