MISSION PRINCIPALE
Vous êtes en charge du suivi administratif et opérationnel d’un ensemble de relation avec des tiers gérants. Vous serez en relation directe avec les partenaires externes afin de répondre dans les meilleurs délais à leurs attentes et questions. Le poste s’inscrit dans une équipe globale que forme le département External Asset Management.
ACTIVITES
- Epauler l’équipe existante, être à l’écoute de nos clients afin de pouvoir leur fournir un service professionnel et adapté à leur besoins spécifiques,
- Être en interaction avec les autres départements de la Banque dans le cadre de la vie de la relation d’affaires (ouverture et clôture de compte, paramétrage des comptes, crédits, Middle Office, OPC, compliance ),
- Suivre un issue log avec les partenaires afin d’assurer un suivi des demandes qui seront revues pendant les services reviews,
- Assurer les reportings de l’activité à destination de nos clients et de la Direction du Département.
PROFIL
- Disposer d’une formation de type Bac +2 à dominante Finance ou Gestion ou Ecole de Commerce,
- Bénéficier d’expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, en Client Service ou en middle office/Back Office est un atout,
- Maitriser parfaitement le néerlandais, le français et l’anglais,
- Maîtriser le fonctionnement des instruments financiers (actions, obligations, changes, options, produits structurés, OPCVM ),
- Maitriser Word, Excel et Powerpoint.
