**We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Legal Department.**
**Job Description** Your Responsibilities**:

- Deal with international sanction regulation, to be aware of EU, US, UK legal acts related;
- Deal with data protection inside and outside the company (employees, customers, partners and counterparties), GDPR, EU/UK/US regulation, internal policies;
- Supervising of the internal compliance process, conducting KYC, KYS;
- Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), as well as drafting documents related to data protection and privacy;
- Handle service abuse notices, takedown notices, disclosure requests, from copyright owners, authorities and other parties;
- Communicating with authorities/banks, internal departments regarding the matters within the competence;
- Prepare and review workflows for addressing service abuse notices;
- Assist the compliance manager in assessing the compliance risks, handling related tasks;
- Assist compliance manager with due diligence in company business operations;
- Red-flag important issues and trends related to competencies, and escalate them to the company’s management;
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the company, as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

**Qualifications** We Expect You to Have**:

- Legal education or at least 1 year of experience in compliance, privacy (data protection), or a related field.
- Certificates or completed training courses in compliance, privacy, or relevant areas are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the IT or Cloud sector is an advantage.
