Company Overview:
We are a nimble AIFM based in Luxembourg, specializing in the management of real estate investment funds across Europe. Our focus is on delivering sustainable value and growth through our portfolio of real estate assets. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support the ongoing development and implementation of our sustainability and ESG initiatives across both our investment portfolio and the management company itself.

**Job Description**:
You will play a key role in managing and advancing the sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy of our European real estate investment portfolio. You will work closely with our Conducting Officers to ensure the integration of ESG principles into the decision-making processes at both the fund and corporate levels. Your role will involve monitoring ESG compliance, reporting on performance, and contributing to the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of ESG policies and strategies for the real estate investment portfolio and the management company.
- Monitor ESG-related regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices across European markets to ensure compliance.
- Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability and ESG data from portfolio companies and assets.
- Prepare regular ESG reports for stakeholders, including investors, management, and regulatory bodies.
- Support conducting officers in embedding ESG criteria into investment decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for sustainability improvements across the portfolio.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant ESG trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance the company's sustainability profile.
- Coordinate sustainability certifications, audits, and assessments where necessary (e.g., BREEAM, LEED, etc.).
- Other Compliance Responsibilities: Support additional compliance-related tasks that may arise, including assistance with regulatory filings, internal audits, and risk management processes.
- Work on ad-hoc projects as required by the Conducting Officers to enhance the sustainability and ESG framework of the firm.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally within sustainability, ESG, real estate, or asset management.
- Strong interest and passion for ESG and sustainability topics, particularly within the real estate sector.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present ESG data clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (French and/or German is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Knowledge of European sustainability regulations, such as SFDR, EU Taxonomy, or others, is a plus but not mandatory.

What We Offer:

- A dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment in Luxembourg.
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ESG and sustainability management within a growing sector.
- Exposure to diverse European markets and real estate investment strategies.
- Close collaboration with senior management and conducting officers, providing valuable mentorship and professional development.
- Competitive salary.
