Our client, a well-established PSF founded nearly two generations ago, is looking for a **Corporate Officer Medior** to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within a human-sized, international company.

**_ Mid-level Corporate Officer - Your Role :_**
- Managing the full lifecycle of entities: incorporation, administrative follow-up, and liquidation.
- Handling a wide range of administrative, legal, and compliance tasks (AML/KYC).
- Supporting clients with document collection and administrative preparation.
- Actively collaborating with the team to achieve common goals.
**_ Mid-level Corporate Officer - Your Profile:_**
**Languages**: Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a strong asset.
**Education**: Master's degree (ACCA certification is a plus).
**Experience**: At least 2 years in a similar role.
**Personality traits**:
- Flexible and reactive, capable of multitasking.
- Proactive and autonomous, while being a strong team player.
- Comfortable on the phone, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to various client needs.
- Demonstrates professional stability and a commitment to achieving results.
**_ Mid-level Corporate Officer _**_- What We Offer :_**
- ** Attractive salary**: Up to €60,000 gross per year (13 months).
- ** Benefits**: Meal vouchers (€10.80), regular team lunches, and extensive internal training.
- ** Flexible working hours**: Start between 8:00 and 9:00, a one-hour lunch break, and leave from 17:00 onwards. Part-time options can be discussed.
