MORGAN SERVICES ESCH recherche pour l’un de ses clients des:
TEAM LEADER / Electricité HVAC (H/F)

Missions:

- Aide à la gestion des techniciens de l’équipe
- Participation à la définition des moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à l’exécution des prestations
- Vérification de la qualité de la maintenance et du respect des plannings des interventions
- Définition et mise en œuvre des actions d’amélioration organisationnelle et technique de l’équipe
- Établissement et/ou validation des demandes d’achat
- Gestion des demandes d’intervention
- Garant de la réalisation dans les délais des interventions et dépannages
- Garant du suivi de la sécurité de fonctionnement des équipements et de la continuité de service
- Responsable de la sécurité de son personnel

Profil:

- Vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine
- Vous avez une première expérience dans l'encadrement d'une équipe
- Vous avez des connaissances informatiques (Pack office, logiciels...)
- Vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires (heures supplémentaires, jours fériés, astreintes...)
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et motivé
- Vous êtes titulaire du permis B et possédez un véhicule
