**Senior Change Specialist - Asset Management**

**Who we’re looking for**

We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Change Specialist to join our team (referred to internally as Senior Change Specialist to reinforce our change management team).

The Senior Change Specialist is responsible for supporting the Head of Change in driving and leading strategic business change initiatives as well as regulatory change initiatives across the EMEA region.

You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation of change projects and initiatives.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead and manage strategic business change initiatives and regulatory change initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and/or regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable change plans.
- Drive the execution of regulatory and / or business change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the progress of regulatory and / or business change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in change management processes and practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in change management, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Project Management).
- Extensive experience in change management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
